Another customer, TH, ordered an X-back style suspender in black, 48 inches on 3/30/2022. Then, 5 days later on 4/4/2020, TH ordered the same style and color, only 42 inches. I wanted TH to know that it was easy to take apart the suspenders, cut the straps shorter, and quickly put them back together if the suspenders were too long. So, I sent TH an email explaining this and to confirm that he still wanted to order a second pair. Here was his response:
"I absolutely love them. I want a second set exactly the same as the ones I have. I meant to order the 48 inch one. Again, I love them. Regards, TH."
